Able Recruitment supports you in promoting your Incognito profile. You remain nameless. Employers can search for your experience, strengths, and a glimpse of who you are. Your name and identifying details stay private – until you’re ready.
Q. What does that mean for you?
If a business is interested in your profile, they come to us. We get an understanding of the role and details of the business. We check in with you first, and only if you’re ready (and the role is what you’re looking for) will we connect you. If it’s not the role for you, nothing changes; you remain incognito.

If you head to ‘Insurance Talent,’ you can see some candidates who have already decided to go incognito.
Q. Can Able Recruitment help me with my profile’s candidate summary?
Yes, we can absolutely help. We can even offer a professional profile (there is no cost) to objectively highlight your natural traits and discuss the types of work environments that suit you.
Q. What happens if I want to change my details?
Simply submit a new profile and it will replace your previous profile created.

- Choose your State (e.g. QLD) from the location drop-down.
- In the keywords box, type ‘incognito’, then click search.
- Find your profession in the card list and click the arrow to view the instructions.
- When you’re ready click ‘Apply Now’.
You’ll be asked nine (9) simple questions. And, if you’re interested, you can choose to complete an online professional personality profile to highlight what makes you, you. Book a time to meet with a recruiter and finalise your profile summary — we’ll make sure it reflects your experience, strengths, and what you’re looking for next.
